Will it fit me? I'm tall / petite / plus-size.
Yes. The Original is one oversized size, cut to fit comfortably from 5'0" to 6'5" and up to a 3XL frame. On shorter bodies it falls below the knee; on taller bodies it sits around the knee. The sleeves are long on purpose so you can tuck your hands inside.
Is it actually warm, or just fluffy?
Both. The inside is thick sherpa fleece and the outside is brushed micro-fleece, so you get two insulating layers plus a hood. Most people turn the thermostat down a couple of degrees once they start wearing it.
Can I wash it in the machine?
Yes. Cold or warm cycle, tumble dry low, no bleach, no ironing. It comes out just as soft. Wash it inside-out to keep the sherpa fluffiest for longest.
How fast will I get it?
