Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every order within the United States. Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). Standard US delivery takes 5 to 8 business days. Wrapholm Priority (packed first, shipped within 12 hours, 3 to 5 business days, includes Cozy Protect) is available at checkout. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

We also ship to Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. Rates are shown at checkout and delivery typically takes 7 to 12 business days. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, contact us and we will look into it immediately. Lost or damaged in transit: we replace it at no cost.
